Business Operations Manager

The Role: You'll be the CEO's right hand, managing every aspect of our business operations. This is a high-level leadership role where you'll control:

  • Hiring & firing team members
  • Budget negotiations and outsourcing projects
  • Client relationships
  • Strategic execution

You'll manage complete business operations (sales, marketing, operations, client delivery), hire and fire team members based on performance, negotiate budgets and outsourcing projects, build automated systems that run without constant supervision, handle everything from VA-level tasks to million-dollar strategy execution, lead client meetings and presentations with confidence, generate high revenue through strategic implementation, scale the company through systematic growth processes, and more.

Compensation & Growth Trajectory:

Starting Salary: 30,000/month

Performance-based Increases: Up to 100,000+ (immediate raises based on results)

Working Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM, Sunday off

Technical Requirements:

Expertise in the following areas is required:

  • AI Mastery: Accomplish anything using AI tools
  • Design Sense: Expert in Shopify, Canva, Photoshop, Webflow, design principles, and video editing tools like Capcut
  • Tool Adaptability: Master any software/platform quickly
  • System Building: Create processes that run automatically
  • Technical Knowledge: Shopify, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flutter, Java, PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce familiarity
  • Clear English Communication: Confident speaking with excellent accent

Experience Requirements:

A background in mixed industries and problem-solving across different domains and challenges is preferred.
