Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create unique floral arrangements according to customer requests
  • Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and plants for their needs
  • Keep inventory of flowers and supplies stocked and organized
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering advice on floral care
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals
  • Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a florist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Passion for flowers and creativity in design
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
