About the Role

This position is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of sales representatives and drive business growth in Quetta. As a Sales Territory Lead, you will be responsible for delivering the sales strategy and achieving annual targets for the area.

You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to deliver on activation and reporting against key performance indicators (KPIs). Your role will require strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to manage and motivate the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an annual business unit plan to deliver channel revenue KPIs and targets.
  • Manage winning customer relationships and facilitate best-in-industry execution of categories.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including account teams, category managers, and customer finance, to provide optimal returns across the area.
  • Fully understand category insights and coach the team in the use of category tools to engage customers and make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
  • Perseverance and attention to detail.
