Electrical Systems Manager

About the Role:

The Electrical Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within various infrastructure projects. This role ensures the efficient functioning of electrical systems, supervises electrical technicians, resolves electrical faults, and maintains compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, electrical panels, and emergency systems in housing schemes and high-rise buildings.
• Oversee the commissioning and testing of newly installed electrical systems to ensure they are fully operational.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve electrical faults promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical installations, maintenance schedules, system performance, and parts inventory.
• Manage and supervise a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance and overseeing their work to ensure high standards.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for procurement and specialized electrical services.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in infrastructure or real estate projects.
• Expertise in electrical systems, power distribution, lighting systems, and emergency electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.

Salary Range: 50k-60k
