  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to your team members, including best practices for sales techniques and follow-ups.
  • Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, review performance metrics, and address challenges.
  • Monitor sales calls, offering constructive feedback and support to improve communication and sales outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the sales team, promoting professional growth and alignment with company goals.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing and leading sales teams, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong expertise in automobile sales methodologies and CRM software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive effective sales strategies and improve team performance.
