Job Overview:

Suave Solutions is seeking a skilled Sales Closer to join our team. As a Sales Closer, you will play a crucial role in converting qualified leads into long-term clients in the US market.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual sales meetings with warm leads and understand their pain points to present tailored digital solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive product demos and handle objections to drive sales conversions.
  • Negotiate deals, prepare proposals, and close contracts for software development and digital services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to boost retention and referrals.
  • Monitor sales statistics, rates, and performance levels to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer or similar role, preferably in the US tech or software services market.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work US business hours and be self-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and prior exposure to outbound or consultative sales models.
