Job Opportunity

The Pursuit Designer role involves supporting pursuit teams by developing a visual strategy, design, and layout of all pursuit deliverables and client-facing materials.

This position requires creative thinking to devise innovative cover art, charts, graphs, and packaging methods that support a pursuit's theme and relate to the potential client's business issues, culture, industry, and market position.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually appealing layouts within EY's Visual Identity, incorporating strong typography, color, images, and fonts for readability and logical graphic illustrations.
  • Attend kick-off meetings, debriefs, and oral preparation meetings to contribute to the pursuit's success.
  • Present design options and approaches for developing anticipated materials that are cohesive, integrated, and support the overall pursuit theme.
  • Partner with pursuit teams to provide full-service BD coverage for strategic, high-end pursuits.
  • Drive design creativity and coach Partner and Pursuit teams to drive pursuit design innovation.

You will be responsible for executing globally consistent strategy, methodologies, and processes as defined by leadership. This includes being an expert in strategic messaging, leading conceptualization of client-facing materials, and contributing to the development of account and opportunity value propositions.

Key Qualifications
  • Strong experience in graphic design with exposure to brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of products and services is helpful and will be essential upon assumption of the role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, produce quality work in high-pressure situations, and maintain superior knowledge of graphics software tools and proficiency in firm-standard operating software.
