Job Title: Director of Employee Development

About the Role:

The Director of Employee Development is a strategic and creative leader responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the learning culture of the organization.

This position will oversee the development, implementation, and management of training strategies across departments, identifying skills gaps and areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will be able to design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules that align with business objectives and employee growth plans.

The Director of Employee Development will also be responsible for evaluating training effectiveness and continuously improving programs based on feedback and performance metrics. Additionally, they will collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives and employee growth plans, track training participation, progress, and outcomes using learning management systems (LMS).

Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development by monitoring industry trends and adopting best practices in employee training and development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development or a similar HR role.
  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
