We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Development Specialist to join our organization.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing the bid and proposal process for our projects. The successful candidate will conduct thorough analysis of project requirements, including specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of project requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.
  2. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates considering project expenses and associated costs.
  3. Bid Preparation: Develop clear, comprehensive bids and proposals tailored to client needs and expectations.
  4. Compliance: Ensure all bids and proposals adhere to regulatory requirements and meet high standards of quality and safety.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all bidding activities.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project management and sales teams to align strategies and ensure effective communication throughout the bidding process.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Bid Development Specialist or in a similar role.
  2. Strong analytical skills to analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail in bid preparation and documentation.
  4. Proficient negotiation skills with clients.
  5. Familiarity with relevant software and tools used for estimating and bidding.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing.
  8. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the bid and proposal process, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits:

The salary range for this position is Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have at least 4-5 years of experience as a Bid Development Specialist or in a similar role.

A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential for this role.
