About the RoleThis position requires an experienced Designated Support Engineer to join our Global Technical Support organization to provide exceptional technical support and communication services to our customers. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships and resolving issues at all levels within Customer Support.

The key responsibilities include:
  • Provide a world-class customer experience through prompt and accurate issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to address customer concerns and resolve escalations efficiently.
  • Gather information and document bugs with Engineering for product issues impacting customers.
