The Assistant Manager will oversee the transport facility of vehicles for managerial and above staff.

  • They must ensure all fleet vehicles and equipment are properly maintained, registered, licensed, and tested.
  • The Assistant Manager should inspect vans, address employee queries regarding pick & drop facilities, and maintain a log sheet for contract vehicles.
  • A weekly pick and drop roster needs to be prepared according to shift schedules and maintained accordingly.
  • All fleet management activities such as procurement, repair, maintenance, servicing, etc. should be carried out with priority and adhered to established rules and legal regulations.
  • Transport-related issues should be discussed with other departments to resolve conflicts timely.
  • Contract/Agreements with transport vendors should be prepared.
  • Taxes and government levies should be paid before their due date.

This role requires mechanical or industrial engineering expertise in Karachi, Pakistan.
