Job Title: Senior Officer Human Resource

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer Human Resource to oversee the day-to-day HR operations, coordinate training and development needs, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee lifecycle using SAP and other systems
  • Coordinate and track training and development needs; maintain the annual training calendar
  • Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR policies and standards
  • Prepare and manage HR reports and data dashboards for strategic planning and maintain accurate employee records
Requirements:
  • Master's in Business Administration in Human Resource from HEC recognized University
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource Department
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in data management and MS Office, with hands-on experience in SAP advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to coordinate tasks efficiently
