We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead People Services operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all administrative functions, employee services, site HR support, and ensure seamless operational management aligned with project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Administration: Manage site administration, employee welfare services, and HR support functions.
  • Timely Onboarding: Ensure timely onboarding, mobilization, and support services for site personnel.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with site protocols, policies, and labor regulations.
  • Welfare Facilities: Oversee accommodation, transportation, catering, and other site welfare facilities.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the key liaison between site operations and head office HR/Administration teams.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum MBA degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A strong candidate will have 4-8 years of progressive experience in People Services/Administration roles.
  • Prior experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Engineering sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • The ability to manage site-based operational challenges and ensure compliance with organizational policies is crucial.
