About This Role

  • This is a customer-facing position where you will be the main point of contact for customers seeking support.
  • You will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • As part of this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To oversee the entire customer service process from initial inquiry to resolution.
  2. To proactively identify and resolve customer complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
  3. To develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company goals.
  4. To design and conduct training programs to standardize service delivery and enhance staff capabilities.
  5. To engage with customers through quality assurance surveys, gathering valuable feedback to improve services.
  6. To possess in-depth knowledge of our products and services to offer expert support and guidance.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Administration or a related field is required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team is crucial.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems is necessary for efficient customer management.
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques would be beneficial in managing complex customer issues.
