As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and communicate effectively will be crucial to ensuring their needs are met.

Job Specification
  1. Proven experience in a customer support or related role.
  2. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong command of the English language.
  3. Exceptional listening and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively.
  4. Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and complaints.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and follow-up.
  6. Technical aptitude to understand and troubleshoot product-related issues.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  9. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as customer support may be provided on a 24/7 basis.
  10. A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
