Retail Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Retail Marketing Manager to boost sales through various marketing campaigns and techniques in the apparel industry.

  • Schedule and assign employees to complete store operational requirements, monitor work results, and provide feedback.
  • Maintain store staff by recruiting, training, and developing their skills.
  • Ensure financial objectives are met by preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
  • Understand customer needs by establishing rapport with customers and staying up-to-date with market trends.
  • Approve contracts, maintain inventories, and formulate pricing policies to ensure availability of merchandise and services.
  • Market merchandise effectively by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
  • Promote employee and customer safety by maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
  • Comply with legal requirements and maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
Key Requirements:
  • Work experience as a Retail Manager or similar role.
