Marketing Growth Lead

This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing who can leverage every tool in their arsenal to find the fastest path to qualified demand.

  • Take ownership of targets, defining clear criteria with the sales team and providing transparent reports on progress using real numbers.

  • Plan launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads LinkedIn Meta and Microsoft Advertising with a focus on cost-per-SQL and return on ad spend.
  • Ship and iterate on landing pages running onsite experiments to improve conversion rates from visitors to qualified leads.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and create strategic content that addresses the ideal customer profile's pain points measuring success by the number of SQLs generated.
  • Develop effective email and lead nurturing sequences guiding prospects from initial contact to a qualified sales conversation.
  • Maintain tracking using tools like GA4 GTM and Meta Pixel building dashboards that provide a clear understanding of what drives revenue and SQLs.
