Job Title: Development Manager

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to oversee the development of new products, services, and processes that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Development Strategy: Develop and implement product development strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to achieve project goals.
  3. Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure mutual understanding and cooperation.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: BE Mechanical or Industrial Manufacturing
  • Experience: 8-10 Years

Job Description:

  1. Customer Needs: Identify and understand customer needs and preferences through market research and stakeholder engagement.
  2. Product Development: Design and develop new products, considering factors like feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and customer value.
  3. Prototype Testing: Create prototypes of new products to test their functionality and usability.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure products meet required standards.
  5. BOM and Engineering Drawings: Prepare BOM and engineering drawings using Auto CAD/Pro E.
  7. Coordinate with Departments for Manufacturing: Work with concerned departments to hand over tasks for manufacturing parts locally, in-house, or SKD.
