Sales Support Role

We are seeking an experienced sales support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Manage customer orders and communications.
  • Liaise with logistics teams to ensure efficient order processing.
  • Develop and maintain accurate customer records and ledgers.
  • Prepare and share regular sales reports.
  • Analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Update and maintain sales databases.
  • Collaborate with the Zonal Operation Manager to ensure effective sales operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or operations, preferably in FMCG.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, analytical skills, and database management.
