
Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Drafting professional emails and letters for senior executives
- Providing technical support for office equipment and software
- Utilizing Microsoft Office to create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Analyzing data and conducting research to inform business decisions
- Developing strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
- Maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks
- Solving problems efficiently and effectively, with attention to detail
- Exploring opportunities to learn about the machinery manufacturing industry
- Applying theoretical knowledge gained from a degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Leveraging experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- A recent graduate or current student in Business, Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the machinery manufacturing industry
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
