Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting professional emails and letters for senior executives
  • Providing technical support for office equipment and software
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office to create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Analyzing data and conducting research to inform business decisions
  • Developing strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks

  • Exploring opportunities to learn about the machinery manufacturing industry
  • Applying theoretical knowledge gained from a degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Leveraging experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
Requirements:
  • A recent graduate or current student in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the machinery manufacturing industry
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
