Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Incharge to oversee overall maintenance activities in our production facilities.

  • Maintenance Activities: Ensure proper execution and management of daily maintenance tasks across all sections.
  • Daily Breakdowns: Monitor and report equipment issues to the production manager for prompt resolution.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment availability.
  • Spare Parts Management: Maintain a reliable inventory of spare parts, source from reputable suppliers, and outsource maintenance services as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Provide accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities for management review.
  • Machine Downtime Analysis: Analyze equipment downtime trends and implement strategies to reduce it.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Quality and Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with established quality and safety protocols within the section.
  • 6S Conditions: Foster a culture of efficiency and organization within the section by maintaining 6S conditions.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties assigned by the Manager to support team goals and objectives.
