We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team in the medical instruments, surgical instruments, and veterinary products industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the medical instruments and veterinary products market.
  2. Conduct thorough on-page SEO audits and implement necessary changes to improve website structure, content, and keyword targeting.
  3. Build and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns, partnerships, and content marketing.
  4. Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and existing code.
  5. Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to content creation and content programming.
  6. Conduct extensive keyword research to guide content teams and optimize existing content to increase organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  7. Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance and provide actionable insights.
  8. Monitor and report on competitors' SEO strategies and performance, and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine updates, and industry changes to ensure continuous improvement of SEO efforts.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  2. At least 7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably within the medical instruments, surgical instruments, or veterinary products sectors.
  3. Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO software.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
