Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to fill the role of Marketing Automation Specialist.

This position involves managing and executing email campaigns, building and maintaining marketing funnels, and optimizing processes for measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to leads and existing clients.
  • Design and maintain marketing funnels, including proper tagging and segmentation for audience targeting.
  • Manage data entry into CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Generate regular reports to track invoices and follow up on pending payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in email marketing platforms and CRM systems; KEAP (Infusionsoft) experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and tag management.
  • Proficiency in creating automated workflows and campaign sequences.
  • Experience in generating performance reports and analyzing campaign metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with invoice tracking or basic payment follow-up procedures is a plus.
