About Us:

We're a non-profit initiative that aims to simplify and transparently support individuals in need through a peer-to-peer crowdfunding platform.

The platform will make it easy for people to directly contribute to medical bills, school fees, or emergency relief. We strive to bring impact and innovation together.

We're looking for a Program Manager with startup experience and a passion for the development sector to lead this project from concept to reality.

Your Role:

  • Develop and execute an end-to-end roadmap for building and launching the platform, encompassing product, operations, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and verification teams to deliver a user-friendly, secure, and high-impact solution.
  • Design and optimize processes for campaign verification, user onboarding, fund disbursement, and fraud prevention.
  • Foster partnerships with non-profits, communities, grassroots organizations, and payment providers to amplify reach.
  • Monitor platform performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
  • Lead and grow a small operations team as we scale.

You'll Excel In This Role If You Have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing programs or digital projects in development, non-profits, or social enterprises.
  • Experience launching and managing tech platforms, especially in the crowdfunding, fintech, or giving space.
  • Strong operations skills – you love building systems that scale and run smoothly.
  • A track record of working across teams and building win-win partnerships.
  • A practical understanding of compliance (fundraising laws, payments, data protection).
  • An analytical mindset + action bias. You can spot gaps and fix them.
  • Genuine passion for social impact and empowering people in need.

Bonus Points If You Also Bring:

  • Experience in emerging markets or working with underserved communities.
  • Background in fintech, digital fundraising, or payments.
  • Agile, PMP, or similar certification.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Jira, SQA etc
