
Contact Centre Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Contact Centre team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning the operation of the centre, including manpower forecasting, facilities management, and problem identification.
They will also be expected to make decisions to continuously improve performance and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, they will identify Contact Centre requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill these needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to reinforce rules, regulations, and policies of the organization.
They will also be responsible for monitoring reasons for calls and customer needs to ensure that the Contact Centre is on a continuous improvement path.
Furthermore, they will identify the need for headcount in accordance with workload and arrange trainings through the Training and Development team.
