Job Opportunity

We are seeking a School Leadership Expert to join our team.

  • This role will involve designing and delivering capacity building programmes for school leaders, focusing on instructional leadership, mentorship, teaching and learning practices, and safeguarding.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing school leadership programmes, conducting training sessions, and providing mentoring support.
  • A minimum of 16 years of education is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. A master's degree in social sciences would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programmes for Master Trainers and Head Teachers on school leadership, instructional leadership, and safeguarding.
  • Develop liaison relationships with relevant government departments and institutions to endorse and formalise training materials.
  • Ensure quality delivery of head teachers' training through downstream partners in 15 districts.
  • Mentor and coach school leaders and head teachers to implement ILMpact programme components effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content development and training, specifically involving engagement with trainers and school leadership personnel, facilitation of Training of Trainers (ToTs), and mentoring programs.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including Department of Education, consortium and downstream partners, head teachers/teachers.
  • Self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness, with the ability to work in challenging environments and under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel frequently to target districts in Punjab and KPK.
