We are seeking a highly skilled Product Expert who will play a vital role in our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience in Medical Devices, particularly OT consumable products.
  • They must be able to develop a deep understanding of various product lines and provide expert training to customers.
  • Support in analyzing Quality results is essential for this position.
  • Responding to internal or external customer complaints, often with the guidance of a Senior, is also crucial.
  • Providing technical assistance regarding diverse product lines is another key responsibility.
  • A strong understanding of Global product lines is necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to build solid relationships with both internal and external customers is vital to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Daily Quality checks of samples and managing product distribution according to established codes are also important tasks.
Job Requirements
  • This position requires a Male/Female applicant with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is mandatory.
