Senior Business Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Planning Specialist to support the implementation of business planning processes across our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit Controller to develop and implement business planning processes, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Support the development of monthly business planning meetings to facilitate understanding of business opportunities and challenges, and key changes impacting business performance.
  • Execute base DF financials in coordination with other business partners, using appropriate management tools for the planning process.
  • Analyze and identify cost optimization opportunities, providing visibility around value destroyers to maximize return on investment from TTS/PFME.
  • Drive Quarterly Investment Review process within respective business units, coordinating with brand and marketing teams, and ensuring activities are analyzed in line with SOP.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-4 years FMCG industry experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
