This role is embedded within a finance shared services platform established for a sizable and growing group of companies headquartered in the Middle East.

Working under the leadership of the Partner – CFO Advisory, you will support group-level financial reporting, IFRS compliance, consolidation, tax and regulatory submissions, and financial analysis. • Contribute to financial planning and analysis (FP&A): budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support the monthly and year-end closing process, including reconciliations, reporting packs, and intercompany adjustments.
  • Assist with corporate tax computations, returns, and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with external auditors to manage audits and resolve queries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records, perform journal entries, and ensure ERP/system data integrity.
  • Collaborate with group entity teams via the shared services center, acting as a key support resource for operational accountants.
  • Continuously improve templates, workflows, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and quality.

Candidate Profile

  • ACCA Qualified (or Finalist with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or FP&A, preferably in a consulting or shared services context.
  • Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and exposure to multi-entity consolidation.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP solutions).
  • Highly organized and analytical, with excellent attention to detail and accountability for deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-border collaboration effectively.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage priorities under pressure.

What We Offer

  • Exposure to CFO-level strategic advisory and group-wide financial transformation projects.
  • A structured pathway to advance within a growing, internationally active firm.
  • Hands-on mentorship from a senior ACCA-qualified partner with extensive regional experience.
  • Competitive compensation and a dynamic, learning-focused environment.
