Learning and Development Lead Position

CureMD is seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to spearhead our training strategy and enhance employee capabilities across the organization. This role requires an experienced leader who is passionate about creating a culture of learning and development, driving business outcomes through effective talent management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and enhance training programs that meet the evolving needs of the organization, utilizing best practices in instructional design and learning principles to drive performance improvement.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement within teams and departments, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals, leveraging data to inform program development and evaluation.
  • Lead facilitation of advanced training sessions and workshops, employing innovative instructional techniques to enhance learner engagement and retention, and promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, utilizing data to inform improvements and innovations, and drive business impact.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development within the L&D function, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in learning and development or related fields, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through effective talent management.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build strong relationships.
  • Experience with instructional design and familiarity with current learning technologies, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to inform program development and evaluation.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
