We have a team of professionals dedicated to providing excellent customer support. As a Technical Support Consultant, you will play a key role in onboarding our customers by providing data solutions, migrating, and mapping the data while also manipulating data for our existing customers.

Key responsibilities include working closely with our customers during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth data migration, gathering, validating, and rectifying customer data, and importing data using import utilities.

Additional responsibilities include manipulating data in Excel based on requirements, sorting raw data into import templates, validating data prior/posterior upload, maintaining records on Jira platform, writing and testing custom reports using SQL to extract data from Azure DB, and communicating with customers through different channels.

You will be part of an Agile Development Cycle and require strong communication and documentation skills. You must be able to manage deadlines and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven related experience within an organization that provides software solutions, excellent English communication skills, experience with documenting root cause analysis, ability to produce accurate Customer Specifications Documents for Development, and aptitude to learn new methods and follow current procedures.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Python for automation, scripting, or data analysis, Power BI experience, hands-on experience of Jira, basic understanding of SQL, and modern relational databases.
