We are seeking a highly skilled Education Consultant to join our team.

Job Description

To ensure the success of our foreign education consulting services, we require an experienced and passionate professional who can effectively assist students in achieving their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial situations.
  • Advise on suitable countries, universities, and programs based on individual needs.
  • Explain admission requirements, timelines, and processes to facilitate informed decision-making.

Country and University Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education systems in various countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and Germany.
  • Understand visa policies, work rights, and post-study opportunities to provide comprehensive guidance.
  • Establish relationships with foreign universities and institutions to stay informed about the latest developments.

Application Process:

  • Assist students in preparing application documents (SOPs, LORs, resumes, portfolios) to enhance their chances of admission.
  • Guide students through the application process, ensuring timely submission and follow-up actions.

Visa Counseling:

  • Provide clear explanations of visa processes and requirements to alleviate uncertainty.
  • Review and verify financial documents to ensure compliance with visa regulations.
  • Prepare students for visa interviews by offering training and support.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Liaise with universities for admissions and offer letters, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, and legal bodies as needed to resolve any issues.
  • Respond promptly and clearly to student and parent queries, providing accurate information and support.

Marketing and Outreach:

  • Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote our services and build relationships with partner institutions.
  • Promote partner institutions through digital and offline channels, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and content related to study abroad, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
  • Report conversions and pipeline metrics to management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize CRM or student management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
