About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver excellent facilities management services to a retail network of oil marketing firms across Pakistan. The role involves overseeing the delivery of FM services, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, client guidelines, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver FM services that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency
  • Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, client guidelines, and company standards

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
  • Recognised facilities management professional qualification
  • At least 10 years' experience in an FM role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work
