Pakistan Facilities Management (PFM) is hiring a Facility Manager for a banking client in 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢. The role involves managing operations, maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination for a commercial building, ensuring a secure, efficient, and comfortable environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Manage day-to-day operations of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, security, janitorial).

Conduct inspections, ensure HSE compliance, and oversee preventive maintenance.

Supervise repairs, vendor coordination, and implement energy efficiency initiatives.

Monitor staff attendance and adherence to standards.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:

Liaise with management, tenants, and stakeholders.

Prepare performance and cost reports.

Address concerns, maintain emergency plans, and collect client feedback.

𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭 & 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬:

Develop/manage budgets and monitor utility and maintenance costs.

Negotiate vendor/service contracts for cost efficiency.

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲:

Implement CMMS/BMS to track schedules, work orders, and optimize efficiency.

𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

Supervise vendors/contractors, ensuring SLA compliance and quality delivery.

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩:

Hire, train, and lead facility staff.

Conduct meetings to align goals and promote safety and accountability.

𝐇𝐒𝐄 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:

Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.

Conduct risk assessments, fire safety checks, and evacuation drills.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelors in Facility Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.

5+ years managing large commercial facilities.

Strong knowledge of building systems, CMMS/BMS.

Skilled in leadership, budget management, and vendor negotiations.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
