Job Title: Experienced Accounts Receivable Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Manager of Accounts Receivable to oversee the entire AR function across multiple companies, ensuring timely revenue recognition, effective credit management reporting, and seamless collaboration with remote country finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and mentor AR team members, fostering their growth and development.
  2. Lead and motivate a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence.
  3. Efficiently coordinate with Country Finance Teams (remotely) to ensure seamless operations.
Accounts Receivable Operations:
  1. Oversee and coordinate AR activities across multiple entities, driving efficiency and accuracy.
  2. Ensure timely invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition, minimizing errors.
  3. Monitor aged debt, reducing DSO and improving cash flow.
  4. Resolve complex customer disputes and discrepancies, maintaining strong relationships.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  1. Analyze and reconcile AR accounts, identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement.
  2. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing actionable insights.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closings, maintaining financial integrity.
Compliance and Process Improvement:
  1. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies, mitigating risk.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  3. Monitor and manage AR function metrics, driving continuous improvement.
  4. Maintain adherence to internal controls, SOP compliance, and audit requirements, ensuring transparency.
External Collaboration and Support:
  1. Liaise with country finance teams to align AR processes and ensure smooth operations.
  2. Conduct regular virtual meetings to discuss AR performance and address concerns, fostering open communication.
  3. Provide data for external audits, tax, and regulatory compliances as requested by Country Finance teams, demonstrating professionalism.
Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

- ACCA / CA (Finalist) having articles from reputable audit firms.

- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivables management, with a proven track record.

- Proficiency in ERPs and advanced Excel skills, with ability to learn new tools quickly.
