This role requires an experienced Customer Success Manager who can build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth.

In this customer-facing role, you will own a portfolio of accounts and take full responsibility for their success, retention, and growth. You will provide efficient client liaison and project management abilities to deliver on client requirements and consult clients regarding our product & services.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers and ensure they are successfully set up and educated on our platform's features and capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor the health of customer accounts, using data and feedback to identify areas for improvement or risks to retention.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner, working cross-functionally with support, product, and engineering teams when necessary.
  • Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to help customers fully utilize the software.
  • Drive customer retention through regular check-ins, helping identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features or services.
  • Represent customer feedback internally, collaborating with product teams to ensure customer needs are addressed in future updates or features.
  • Track customer satisfaction, product usage, and overall health metrics, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to prevent churn, ensuring customer success and satisfaction remains a priority.
