Job Title: Team LeadSummary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, managing costs, developing project plans, and executing projects effectively within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regional Management: Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in team management, project planning, and cost control.
  2. Cost Control and Project Planning: The selected individual will be responsible for managing costs, developing project plans, and executing projects effectively.
  3. Team Management: This role involves recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees to build a strong team culture and management practices.
  4. Business and Technical Operations: The Team Lead will handle business affairs, troubleshoot technical issues, and oversee administrative, human resources, and operational functions.
  5. Customer Relationship Development: Our ideal candidate will foster customer relationships and networking opportunities to drive business growth.
  6. Project Closure and Reporting: The selected individual will implement and close projects according to agreed timelines with contingency plans in place, reporting to HQ on finance and forecasting requirements.
  7. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: The Team Lead will review measures to achieve performance targets, monitor overall customer satisfaction, and develop new operations procedures and policies.
  8. Meetings and Field Visits: The candidate will attend regional meetings and conduct field visits for DC Power equipment installation and commissioning.
Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics Technology, or related field is required.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, project planning, and cost control are essential for this role.
