Skillful Culinary Leader Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus that reflect the local culture and seasonal ingredients, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel, with excellent knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques. Strong leadership and communication skills are also essential for this role, as you will be responsible for training and managing kitchen staff to ensure consistently high-quality dishes are served.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing creative menus that showcase local flavors and seasonal ingredients
  • Oversight of all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Training and managing kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Collaboration with other departments to plan special events or themed dinners
