This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Financial Analyst to join our Investment Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of new projects into financial systems, overseeing budget allocations, and preparing financial reports to track performance and budget utilization.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Setup: Ensure that all new projects are properly documented and compliant with financial systems.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage budget allocations, transfers, and reversals to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide analytical support for monthly review meetings and offer insights on financial progress.
  • System Maintenance: Investigate and resolve system discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project and plant teams to address financial issues and align budgets.
  • Capex Planning: Assist in annual Capex budget planning and consolidation across departments.
  • Project Closure: Manage the timely closure of completed projects, including reconciliations and system updates.
  • Strategic Support: Support senior management in assigning strategic tasks and initiatives.
