UX Design Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to lead our digital product design efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating engaging user experiences, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a creative and user-centered designer to join our team and shape the future of digital products. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for developing user experience strategies that align with business objectives and user expectations. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop user experience strategies that align with business objectives and user expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of UX/UI design experience, with exposure to enterprise or public-facing digital solutions.
  • Certification in UX is a plus.

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to conduct and apply user research and usability testing.
  • Strong command of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS is a bonus).

Domain/Industry Advantage

  • Experience designing solutions for financial services, government platforms, or energy dashboards.
  • Awareness of user diversity in public sector applications.

Soft Skills

  • Strong user empathy and a user-first mindset.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Clear and persuasive communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to iterate quickly and accept feedback constructively.
