Visionary Digital Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements
- Developing design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Designing intuitive user interfaces that meet the needs of our users
- Evaluating and refining designs based on user feedback
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UX principles and be able to apply them to create innovative solutions. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for:
- Defining and developing UI/UX design standards and guidelines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Developing and maintaining design documentation and assets
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 6-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and expertise
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A deep understanding of UX principles and design patterns
