Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Develop creative design concepts for various projects, including product listing images, UI designs, and product packaging.
  • Research: Conduct research to identify emerging design trends and inspiration from competitors and industry leaders.
  • Amazon Optimization: Optimize designs specifically for Amazon to maximize conversions, ensuring all graphics effectively communicate product features and brand identity.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, brand management, and design teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand standards and strategic goals.
  • Digital Content Creation: Create detailed visual content, including illustrations, infographics, and digital assets for multiple platforms.
  • Design Review: Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
  • Leadership: Lead brainstorming sessions and present innovative design ideas to management and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentorship: Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers to maintain high design standards.
