Social Media Manager Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist in a visa consulting office, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote the office's visa services, engage with potential clients, and enhance the brand's online presence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Manage the digital content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting across platforms to maintain an active online presence.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, promptly responding to inquiries and engaging with followers to foster positive relationships.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze metrics to optimize content strategies.
  • Plan and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach new audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct social media listening to stay informed about industry trends, client feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the travel, tourism, or visa consulting industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in crafting compelling digital content.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for engaging audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies, driving tangible results in lead generation and brand visibility.
