Job Overview

The Forum is seeking a Staff Supervision Coordinator to manage office operations and supervise staff. As a Staff Supervision Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing office procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Office Operations Management: Organize and oversee office procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Record Management: Establish procedures for retaining, protecting, retrieving, transferring, and disposing of records to provide a historical reference.
  3. Office Efficiency: Plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement to maintain optimal efficiency.
  4. Policies and Standards: Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
  5. Staff Management: Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results, recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  6. Financial Management: Achieve financial objectives by analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  7. Team Effort: Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Essential Skills

Tracking Budget Expenses, Delegation, Staffing, Managing Processes, Supervision, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills are required to support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
