Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing affiliate strategies, monitoring performance, and identifying new affiliate partners.

  • Develop and optimize affiliate strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Monitor affiliate performance regularly and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network.
  • Provide support and resources to affiliates to ensure their success.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Manage social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Address affiliate inquiries promptly and provide timely responses.
  • Design and manage competitive structures to incentivize affiliate growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payments to affiliates.
  • Report on affiliate performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in affiliate management is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
