Lead Digital Fundraiser



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Digital Fundraiser to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading our digital fundraising efforts, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.
  • Manage and maintain our digital platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital and offline fundraising efforts.
  • Lead website innovation process to ensure new features and enhancements meet branding, usability, and fundraising objectives.
  • Take a key role in budgeting and forecasting for digital fundraising efforts, making investment cases for new activities and growth.
  • Proactively manage budgets, monitor, and report on digital fundraising campaigns to ensure deliverables on target.
  • Manage the effective and timely execution of digital fundraising campaigns and projects from beginning to end.
  • Serve as team lead for standard and special digital marketing campaigns and assist with special events and corporate partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with web developers, videographers, graphic designers, and professional photographers.
  • Use a strategic data-driven approach to provide context and insight for digital reporting, covering specific campaigns and overall performance.
  • Work closely with the fundraising, product, and communication teams to ensure online and offline fundraising products and campaigns are integrated.
  • Help ensure digital activity is joined up and optimized across partner offices by providing advice and updates to colleagues across partner teams.


Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 10 years of business experience in building and managing digital products at a tech startup or technology-based company with a track record of progressively taking on senior roles.
  • Mastery of digital product management and a passion for technology.
  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or any other relevant field.
