We seek an experienced Business Systems Analyst to drive business process improvements and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, configuration problems, and implement core software platforms.
  • Deliver training and guidance to internal teams on application usage and business workflows.
  • Identify and resolve technical and system configuration issues.
  • Recommend feature and product enhancements to development teams.
  • Function as the primary point of contact for global teams for functional and technical troubleshooting.
  • Work with internal and external teams to document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and systems access levels.
  • Analyze feasibility and develop requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure system design meets user needs; track and document changes for functional and business specifications; create detailed procedures for end users and training purposes.
  • Contribute to test case definition, user acceptance testing, and testing of new system functionality. Develop training materials and conduct formal training sessions.
Requirements:
  • BSCS or Computer Science graduate with relevant experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to convey complex technical information.
  • Ability to rapidly learn software platforms and related dependencies using various methods.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks and projects.
  • Capacity to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Desire to grow professionally within a fast-paced organization.
