Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud SME & Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM and manage complex projects from initiation to go-live. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HCM, Self Service, Absence, OTL, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  2. Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting business requirements.
  3. Manage vendor relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Provide expert solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  5. Facilitate regular meetings to ensure project alignment and track progress.
  6. Lead implementation team through requirements gathering, analysis, system design, configuration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  7. Identify functional gaps in HCM product and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
  8. Facilitate end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
  9. Assist HCM team in mapping and streamlining business practices to align with Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.
  10. Develop and deploy reports and dashboards, working with business partners to meet user needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in requirement gathering, scoping, configuring, testing, rolling out, and supporting HCM solutions.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • A proven track record of completing at least two 4-phase project life cycles for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle ERP systems, particularly HCM modules.
  • Extensive experience in project management, including managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
