Description- At least 5 years of working experience in the HR department with Oracle fusion HCM, preferably in a US-based company, running US Payroll.
- Must have prior experience of implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP HCM project from End-to-End, in at least one or more of these modules: Global Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation.
- Worked on all project phases: Design Phase, Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, and Testing & Production Support.
- Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customizations.
- Core HR qualification of Master's degree with the overall experience in HR functions of a large organization with 2000+ employees.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Serve as functional analyst/subject matter expert for new implementations or migrations.
- Gather and assess requirements and assist with translation into optimal solutions.
- Perform functionality gap analysis and solution design.
- Redesign business processes if needed.
- Develop functional specifications for extensions, integrations and data migrations.
- Configure application modules.
- Demonstrate application functionality.
- Develop test plans/scripts and manage system testing.
- Assess production readiness.
- Plan and execute data migration.
- Create, deliver and manage user training.
- Strong communication skills to present ideas, recommendations and be an influencer.
