Lead Innovation in Software Development

We seek an accomplished Technical Team Lead to spearhead the creation of cutting-edge software solutions within the Industrial Automation domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI-powered tools to boost productivity, streamline processes, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Champion the adoption of modern development practices, including AI-enhanced coding, testing, and documentation processes.
Project Leadership
  • Oversee the complete software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Align technical strategy with business objectives to maximize impact and innovation.
Software Development
  • Design and develop robust backend systems using C#, .NET, Python, and SQL Server.
  • Architect responsive and scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, Tailwind, HTML, and CSS.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and ensure high test coverage through unit testing and code reviews.
System Integration
  • Develop secure and scalable REST/SOAP APIs incorporating AI-assisted monitoring and diagnostics.
  • Integrate seamlessly with SCADA systems, PLCs, and third-party industrial platforms to enable real-time connectivity and data flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, Python, SQL, and modern JavaScript UI frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing remote teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong familiarity with AI/ML tools, business intelligence platforms, and industrial automation technologies.
